Marketing & copywriting portfolio
I turn complex software into copy that sounds like a person wrote it — and that search engines and LLMs can actually find.
Product marketer and writer with six years across early-stage software companies. I build the messaging, web pages, email programs, and GTM systems that make technical products easier to understand and sell. Currently the sole marketer at Catalyzer; previously at Prometheus Group, Feathr, and Beacon Talent.
Selected copywriting works
Things I’ve written, designed, and shipped.
Live feature pages, brochures, one-pagers, and full website rebuilds — every piece below was written and designed by me, end-to-end.
-
Feature page · Catalyzer
Events — feature page
Live page on catalyzerapp.com. Wrote and designed the hero, value props, and supporting copy for the Events module — positioning a technical workflow as a clear ROI story for nonprofit and ESO buyers.

A single-page leave-behind built to pair with outbound and event conversations. Distills the platform into a buyer-ready summary.

Built the entire Catalyzer website end-to-end — positioning, copy, information architecture, and visual design. Part of relaunching the inbound engine (~20% MoM web traffic growth).

Web design · Beacon Talent
Beacon Talent homepage (Webflow)
Homepage rebuild in Webflow. Owned positioning, copy, information architecture, and visual design as part of the broader brand and site refresh.
What I do
A T-shaped marketer who connects the pieces.
The work I’m hired for tends to live at the intersection of these three things.
Human-voice copy
Website pages, feature pages, brochures, and emails written for trust and clarity — not jargon. I’ve built and maintained brand voice guides used across marketing, sales, and product.
SEO & AEO mechanics
I balance keyword strategy with prose that doesn’t read like SEO sludge. I’ve built AI agents wired to Search Console, SEMrush, and analytics to surface keyword opportunities and shape long-form briefs structured for LLM and search discovery.
Email, lifecycle & segmentation
End-to-end email program ownership in HubSpot — template builds, list logic, persona-based drip sequences, and journey mapping across 5+ buyer segments. Comfortable in Pardot/Marketo-style automation logic.
About
A bit about me.
I’m a product marketer and copywriter based in Raleigh, NC. For the last six years I’ve worked at early-stage software companies in roles that intentionally wear multiple hats — messaging and positioning, web and email, sales enablement, and the marketing ops that hold it all together.
Right now I’m the sole marketer at Catalyzer (EIC), where I created and maintain the unified brand voice and messaging guide used across marketing, sales, and product, defined positioning and feature-level value props for the SaaS platform, and launched a website refresh that contributed to ~20% MoM web traffic growth.
Before that: Demand Gen at Prometheus Group (owned GTM across webinars, email, direct mail, and partners; rebuilt the webinar program to drive a 20% pipeline-value lift in six months), Senior Digital Campaign Manager at Feathr (50+ client campaigns with CTRs consistently above benchmark), and RevOps / Marketing at Beacon Talent (full website rebuild, sales enablement collateral, and the underlying campaign ops).
I get the most energy from sitting with subject-matter experts, learning what they know, and translating it into copy and frameworks that make a complex product feel obvious.
